Who I am and what I love
My story…
I am a horticulturist and spend much of my day creating and maintaining natural landscape designs and gardens near my home in Tennessee.
Several years ago, I took a weaving class and instantly fell in love with the craft.
I couldn’t wait to get home to experiment with new techniques and materials. The rest is history!
Within a short time, I was approached by a local merchant and my rugs found their first home. Bringing my passion craft to market has been a dream come true!

Reusing fiber
My mother had saved bags of my uncle's clothes for over a year since he passed away. Making functional art from his clothes has been a sentimental reminder of him.

Honoring a memory
My best friend's dad passed away from cancer. Her mom was having a hard time letting go of his clothes. Creating rugs and table runners from his clothing has been a wonderful way to create pieces of art with so many memories of him.

Sustainable art
This fall, I planted over 1000
bulbs and had tons of bulb sacks left over. I used discarded clothing and the sacks to weave a colorful placemat!
